We were delighted to announce Joules as our 2022 company of the year at our annual celebration and awards. All six companies who made the shortlist had demonstrated throughout the year, their commitment and creativity in supporting young people and community groups. This had been a very difficult decision to arrive at, as all nominees had delivered so much excellent work. What clinched it for Joules was the breadth and creativity of their participation in our projects, which had varied from supporting young people developing employability skills in schools and youth groups, hosting work tours, donating computers to tackle the digital divide, supporting community groups, and offering support and training to our staff team on HR issues

It was an honour to win the award and Joules, were committed to supporting local development by sharing their skills and knowledge with young people and the community.
