Leicestershire Cares partnered with a charity called Outspoken to bring together a group of ladies in a safe, inclusive, women only space, to be able to express, share and feel empowered to speak and share conversations.
At Leicestershire Cares we were honoured to host their first evening event by bringing communities together and providing the ladies with a safe environment.
These ladies shared very empowering stories and showed support to one another which was inspiring to see, alongside sharing a variety of diverse home cooked food.
These sessions are once a month, and we cannot wait to watch our diverse groups grow.
Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another. We are strongest when we cheer each other on!

We talked, listened, shared, and even debated topics we are passionate about. An amazing atmosphere full of care, compassion, and togetherness. I cannot wait for the next one!

I was invited to ladies only bring and share event. I walked into a room full of women I didn’t know. After a wonderful evening of networking, sharing and listening to their unique individual journeys. I left with 15 new friends. This is what #sisterhood is all about
